Guidelines on using VISA cards for online Payment

NOTE: For first timers shopping online with a Nigerian bank- issued VISA Card, you will have to get an internet PIN (iPIN) from any nearby ATM with VISA/VPAY logos.
This Internet PIN (iPIN) is also called verified by VISA (VbV) pin or code. You will need this PIN to successfully pay online with your VISA Card.
